We all know Sexy Fish as the fashionable spot for no-carb dining on Asian-inspired cuisine, set amongst art work by Damien Hirst. But it is the bar that caught our attention due to their new sustainably-driven revamp in March this year. According to Sexy Fish, the New Menu marks a "new era: for the bar due to its "renewed focus" on sustainsbility. Developed over the course of 10 months, the drinks replace citrus, herbs and garnishes with homemade tinctures, distillates, cordials, syrups and shurbs. Not only can we now become watm and tipsy on delicious cocktails, but the hangover feels a little more morally justified.
